Shipping Policy
Processing Time
At Real Hero Coffee, we roast and package every order with care. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We use trusted carriers to ensure your coffee and tea arrive fresh and on time. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times begin after order processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package at any time using the provided link.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only to the U.S. and select international locations.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Real Hero Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we ship perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee, tea, or consumable items.
Exceptions
We want you to love every cup. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will:
- Replace the product at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund, if replacement is not possible
Non-Perishable Items
For merchandise such as mugs, apparel, or accessories, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@realherocoffee.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
- Ship the item back using a traceable method.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase before processing begins. Contact us immediately at support@realherocoffee.com for cancellations. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
